Global brand positioning, strategic and tactical marketing execution
Pascal develops high-end amplifier solutions for some of the world's most demanding pro-audio brands. We're now seeking a Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Pascal communicates with the world, strengthen our position in the professional audio industry, and help drive the next steps in our growth journey - both strategic and hands-on.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement the global marketing plan in line with commercial objectives
  • Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent CVI across all touchpoints
  • Build thought leadership through trade press, white papers, videos, and industry content
  • Manage website, webshop, newsletters, social media, and ensure clear, on-brand communication
  • Drive content creation, including technical assets
  • Plan and execute product launches, key customer initiatives and key industry events with Sales and Product Management, and ensure structured lead follow-up
  • Support employer branding and communications with People & Culture
  • Implement and manage a marketing automation platform (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently and build scalable processes for growth
  • Take ownership of continuous improvement across all marketing activities

What You Bring

  • A degree within marketing, communications, and/or 5+ years of proven international B2B marketing experience - ideally in audio, professional electronics, or OEM/ODM manufacturing
  • Strong digital marketing skills and hands-on experience across channels and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to create both strategic and technical content that resonates with professional audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills, excellent project management, prioritization, and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English; Danish proficiency is an advantage
  • Ability to build and professionalize a marketing footprint from the ground up
  • A proactive, structured, and analytical mindset with a drive to deliver impact
