This Odessey, you are about to embark on, have three bold frontiers:

  • The voice of change: Internal communication
  • Aligned with our business agenda you will lead the charge in crafting the communication plan, and deliver messages that inspire and inform. You find yourself as savy with words as a knigth would be with a sword
  • The digital realm: Our website
  • Forge and refine our online presence. Building, optimizing, and tracking every detail to ensure we stand out. If SEO was a breakfast cereal, you would eat it everyday.
  • The inner sanctum: Our intranet
  • Take command of our internal hub - own it, evolve it, and make it the heartbeat of collaboration across all of our entities.

However, by no means, does this mean, that you will not have scenic routes to other aspects of the wonderful world of communication.

Will there be support to our Marketing Manager? Yes. Will you support on ad hoc requests? Yes. Will you also bring ideas to the table yourself? Also yes.

So, who will be your trusted allies, your battled-tested crew, your lifelong comrades?

Being slightly biased (and only slightly) I can say, that joining the team with Mathilde and Mathilde, will potentially be the best decision your have ever made in your life.

They are sharp, they are fun, they have a somewhat questionable music taste, but overall, they ensure daily laughs while simultaneously lifting our ambitions, the way we word and our deliveries every day.

Oh, and for me - your leader/or stable girl depending on your drive:

First of all, I have a significant better music taste, so fear not. Secondly, my finest job is to spare with you, guide you when you take too many scenic route detours, but also to work closely with you on continue to lift, improve and provide value to the many entities we support.

And for this, I can't stress this enough: Everything we build is to support the many legal entities of NTG. We are here to serve and everything we do on the website, on the intranet, with our internal communications, will be to support, help and protect our brand and serve the many wonderful colleagues who everyday ensure that the world is connected through transport.

So how do you join this quest? Well, small, but firm requirements:

  • You have proven experience in Wordpress. We are talking you have worked with it, and can show us what you've build
  • Sharepoint experience. You have build and maintained intranets build in Sharepoint.
  • Communication plan: You have developed strategies, executed on them and build communities.
  • Graphic skills: It will be a perk if you know your way around Indesign, Canva, Adobe etc.
  • You can own the agenda. This is a driving and executing role – and we need you to be able to take charge and build the processes that is needed to succeed.
  • You like a high work pace. We are setting sails here, with full wind, so if you prefer steady processes, we are not the right team for you.

We hope you have 5-7 years experience within the above mentioned areas, and should it turn out, that you have potential for other great ideas - hit us. We are more than happy to develop, as long as it is always, to serve NTG in the best way possible.
