Your role
What you'll be doing
Head of Marketing
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Head of Marketing within our Corpay One division. This position falls under our International Fleet line of business and is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our demand generation efforts and own the full marketing function. In this role, your primary focus will be to drive high-quality lead generation and turn marketing efforts into measurable pipeline growth, supporting our sales team in acquiring and converting new customers. You will be responsible for defining and executing a clear growth strategy across both direct (SME) and partner (accountant/bookkeeper) segments, ensuring that every campaign and initiative contributes directly to lead volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
This is a key leadership role where you will be;
- Setting the direction for all marketing efforts — from messaging, positioning, and campaign planning to performance tracking.
- Building and lead a small internal team (currently a Digital Marketing Manager and Content Specialist) and manage our digital agency and freelance partner.
- Working closely with the COO and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design and execute scalable marketing campaigns that attract, convert, and retain high-quality leads.
Success in this role means combining creativity with commercial focus: delivering the right message to the right audience, at the right time, and proving it works with data. You'll have full ownership of marketing performance, including key KPIs such as MQL volume, SQL conversion rate, and CAC efficiency, with a clear mandate to scale what works.
You will report directly to the COO, DK and regularly collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.

- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Set direction for ongoing CRO initiatives (e.g. optimisations of landing pages, forms, and funnels) to improve conversion rates, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) and ensure an overall data-driven approach
- Analytics & Insights: Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot,) to guide strategic decisions, allocate resources and improve outcomes.
- Marketing Automation: Implement and oversee the strategic use of marketing automation systems to streamline workflows and enhance lead nurturing across the funnel.
- Experimentation: Foster a culture of rapid experimentation projects and growth mindset within the marketing team to identify and scale effective growth tactics.
- Collaboration: Align marketing with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure coherent strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Content Growth: Identify opportunities for creating viral, shareable, or high-value content to amplify organic growth efforts.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in lead-generating marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally combined with expertise in growth marketing, digital strategy, or performance marketing. Fintech experience is a plus, but not a requirement
