Here Is What The Job Entails
As a Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for developing visual content and product documentation, executing minor updates, facilitating approval procedures, and contributing to customized production efforts. The role also includes general support for product management and internal operations.
More specifically, you will be:
- Creating graphics, visualizations, and 3D illustrations
- Preparing and updating technical documentation for products
- Leading small-scale technical product changes
- Organizing and follow up on product approval activities
- Assisting with customized production tasks based on client specifications

With direct reference to our Head of Platform Product Management, you will become a part of a team consisting of 11 dedicated colleagues. The team includes experienced, self-driven engineers, a Documentation Specialist and a Technical Writer who all value collaboration, open knowledge-sharing, and diverse perspectives. We are looking for someone who thrives in turning ideas into clear visuals and documentation, and who is motivated by making complex information accessible and actionable. You are not afraid to take ownership, coordinate across teams, and support product development with precision and flexibility.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
- Have a background in administration, design, technical communication or a related field
- Are motivated to work with 3D illustrations and other types of visual content creation
- Have a structured and detail-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to task coordination
- Enjoy supporting product updates and approval processes with a hands-on attitude
- Can adapt to customer-specific production needs and thrive in cross-functional collaboration
As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English and preferably also in Danish.
