Electrical Package Manager – Data Centre Projects (Containment / LV–MV / Lighting)

About the Role

We're seeking three experienced Electrical Package Managers to join a leading international contractor delivering high-spec data centre projects across Northern Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong technical and leadership experience in Containment, LV–MV Systems, or Lighting
packages to play a key role in one of Europe's most advanced digital infrastructure builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of assigned electrical packages (Containment / LV–MV / Lighting) from design through to commissioning.
  • Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure technical compliance and project delivery to schedule and budget.
  • Manage daily site operations, safety, and quality standards.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and installation methods.
  • Lead progress meetings, monitor performance, and ensure seamless integration with other trades.
  • Support the project manager in reporting, forecasting, and procurement.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years' experience in electrical project or package management, ideally on data centre, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of containment systems, LV/MV distribution, and lighting design/installation.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and interface with client and design teams.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • EU passport or right to work in the EU (preferred).
