We're looking for a Financial Controller who thrives at the intersection of structure, data, and business partnership – someone who brings clarity, stability, and insight into a fast-evolving environment.

Your impact
You'll be the anchor of our Finance function – ensuring financial precision, strong internal control, and reliable reporting that enables sound decision-making. Working closely with the Junior Financial Controller and the CEO, you'll be the key link between day-to-day accounting and strategic finance, ensuring our financial engine runs smoothly and scales sustainably.

You'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, VAT, and tax submissions – ensuring compliance with Danish GAAP and company policies.
• Driving month-end and year-end closings, ensuring timely, accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Delivering management reports, variance analyses, and actionable insights to the CFO and Group Finance.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning through data accuracy and continuous process improvement.
• Preparing and managing annual audit materials and maintaining strong relationships with external auditors.
• Identifying opportunities to automate, simplify, and elevate our financial workflows and systems (ERP, BI, and reporting tools).

Who You Are
You're analytical, reliable, and curious. – A true finance professional who finds satisfaction in order, accuracy, and insight.

You likely have experience as a:

• Financial Controller, Senior Accountant, or Assistant Controller ideally in a scale-up or international company.
• Strong understanding of Danish GAAP, VAT, and local compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems i.e. e-conomic.
• Solid English communication skills (written and verbal).
