Your mission
- You keep everything in view: You will manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts across the Nordic region, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth while maintaining a strong market presence for the WORX brand.
- You take responsibility: You will develop and expand sales with key Danish customers and take ownership of the commercial success in your assigned markets.
- Your expertise is needed: You will identify and secure new business opportunities, building and executing tailored account strategies and annual activity plans.
- You demonstrate negotiation skills: You will lead commercial negotiations, develop agreements, and manage long-term strategic partnerships with leading Nordic retailers.
- You have a hands-on approach: You will actively drive business development and commercial execution in collaboration with the Sales Director Nordics and cross-functional teams.
- You rely on your analytical skills: You will monitor account performance, analyse profitability and KPIs, and provide accurate forecasts and reporting.
- You stay curious: You will continuously analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- You're in the thick of it: You will represent WORX at customer meetings, trade shows, and events – building strong, trust-based relationships that support long-term success.
Your profile
- Your experience: You have 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management and a proven track record in driving growth and business development.
- Your commercial acumen: You bring strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of retail, distribution, and branded products.
- Your strategic mindset: You can work both strategically and hands-on, with a clear sense of ownership and execution focus.
- Your regional knowledge: Experience from Danish or Nordic sales environments is an advantage.
- Your analytical skills: You are used to working with KPIs, profitability analysis, and forecasting.
- Your communication skills: You have excellent English and Danish skills – additional Nordic languages are a plus.
- Your personality: You enjoy working independently, taking initiative, and adapting to new challenges with a proactive attitude.
