Project Manager for Automation Product Development

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Product Development projects within our Research & Development team. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of automation solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability across our in our offerings.

We are part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure. Our high-pressure water mist system provides superior fire protection while overcoming the age-old compromise between effective fire extinguishing and collateral damage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for R&D automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and operations.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in automation technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Mechatronic, Robotic or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within Product Development.
  • Strong knowledge of automation systems and digitalization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
  • Self-driven and understands working in an international environment
  • Fluent in English and Danish both written and oral
