Global Brand and Marketing Student Assistant

The position

As our Marketing Student Assistant, you'll play an essential role in making sure our marketing activities run smoothly and effectively. This role offers a unique opportunity to build practical skills across administration, CRM, and in-store marketing initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Administrative & Operational Support

• Overall support to the Brand and Marketing Team, particularly on our CRM and In-store marketing activities
• Assist the marketing team with day-to-day organizational tasks

CRM & Newsletter Support

• Together with our CRM Manager, assist with the creation and scheduling of CRM newsletters, including writing short copy texts and overall support in ensuring the newsletters are on brand and visually appealing
• Help set up templates, segments, and basic campaign structures in Mailchimp
• Ensure content is up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines
• Support performance tracking and reporting

In-Store Marketing Project Support

• Together with our Visual Merchandising Manager, manage projects according to our Marketing Plan - coordinate and follow through our In-store projects so that they are on time and within budget, with our internal stakeholders in Supply Chain and Logistics as well as external suppliers
• Assist the Global Visual Merchandising Manager with POS-related projects by handling order-process administration, including preparing orders in SAP, checking item details, and coordinating shipping logistics. Support back-end tasks such as verifying delivery addresses, tracking shipments, and maintaining inventory and order status to ensure timely and accurate execution of in-store materials.

You will work out of Louis Poulsen's HQ at Holmen, Copenhagen, next to KADK and several prominent design and architectural practices and refer directly to the CMO Chief Marketing Officer. You will also work closely as a team together with our Brand Development Production, Graphic Designers, Retail and In-store, PR, CRM, Social Media, Omnichannel Activation, and the entire Global Brand and Marketing Team.

Your profile

You are a collaborator by heart, hold a great balance of both creative and strategic skills in Brand and Marketing, and have at least 1 year of work experience from a similar position – preferably from a company with an international outreach or an agency where you have worked with global clients. Experience in premium global brands is a great advantage.

We believe below qualities & skills are valuable for the position:

• Currently studying in Copenhagen a Bachelor's degree in Brand, Marketing, Communications, or related and similar fields
• Proactive attitude, team player, strong communication skills and fluent in English (verbally & written), Danish is a huge plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles globally, preferably in design and luxury industries.
• CRM Skills: Project management and CRM Newsletter, short copywriting for newsletters, marketing reporting, all-around support in Brand and Marketing projects and familiarity with Mailchimp
• In-store Project Management Skills: Great project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, organize, manage deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and knowledge of project management tools are a great advantage.
