We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer who's ready to turn ideas into tangible, high-performance products. Someone who thrives on precision, creativity, and teamwork and who's excited to make their mark on the hardware behind some of the world's most trusted pro-audio systems. At Pascal, mechanical development isn't just about parts and assemblies. it's about crafting the backbone that supports exceptional sound performance, durability, and design integrity.
What You'll Do

- Support prototyping, validation, and verification testing, helping refine designs through hands-on iteration
- Work cross-functionally with electronics, firmware, and operations teams to integrate mechanical, thermal, and aesthetic requirements
- Drive design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and design-for-assembly (DFA) efforts in close collaboration with suppliers and production partners
- Keep documentation sharp and communication clear -ensuring mechanical design inputs align with project goals and milestones.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical or product development, preferably within audio, consumer electronics, or similar industries
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks or similar) and familiarity with simulation tools and prototyping
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and surface treatments
- An analytical yet aesthetic mindset; you care about how things perform and how they feel
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
- Knowledge of thermal, vibration, or acoustic aspects in electronic products is a plus.
What's In It For You
At Pascal, you'll get more than "just" a job...
- Play a key role in designing and realizing mechanical solutions for products trusted by some of the world's most renowned pro-audio brands - your work will directly help shape the sound and feel of Pascal's technology.
