Vi søger en struktureret og serviceorienteret kollega til en nyoprettet stilling, hvor du bliver en central del af Kingsland-teamet. Du får ansvaret for at sikre et solidt datagrundlag i vores ERP-system Business Central (BC) og for at understøtte vores vækst gennem effektive processer og stærk masterdatahåndtering.

Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med både indkøbsafdelingen, når data overføres fra Delogue PLM til BC, og med salgsteamet, når styles skal gøres klar til drops, kampagner og udsalg.

Dine primære ansvarsområder

  • Oprettelse og vedligeholdelse af kollektioner i BC, herunder drops for AW og SS kollektioner

  • Overgang af styles fra kollektioner til NOOS

  • Vedligeholdelse af masterdata i BC

  • Vedligehold af B2B, B2C shop og POS

  • Håndtering af B2B shop-udsalg

  • Opfølgning på varernes performance og rapportering til indkøb og salg

  • Løbende opfølgning på "butikker" og intern rapportering

Din profil

  • Du arbejder struktureret, planlæggende og kvalitetsbevidst

  • Du trives med struktur, processer hvor du arbejder i Excel og ERP-systemer (Gerne Microsoft Business Central)

  • Du har solid erfaring med Excel og gerne erfaring med BC lager vedligehold

  • Du er proaktiv og sikrer, at opgaver følges til dørs på tværs af afdelinger

  • Du har erfaring fra en lignende back-office rolle inden for beauty, fashion, lifestyle eller FMCG

  • Du er en dygtig formidler i både skrift og tale – på dansk og engelsk
