The Role
Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge as a Client Unit Sales Leader (New Business logo acquisitions) across industries in the Nordic region with Kyndryl? We're looking for a dynamic individual like you, who can revolutionize relationship management, drive new business development, and boost TCV, revenue and profitability. In this role, you'll have the power to create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the very best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives.
But this position is about more than just maintaining the status quo. As a Client Unit Sales Leader, you'll be at the forefront of driving proactive growth across markets. You'll focus on not only selling new offerings but also minimizing erosion in some strategic renewals, ensuring that our largest accounts continue to flourish and thrive.
You won't just be a cog in the machine; you'll be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies. Your expertise will lead to the successful growth within new business and logo acquisitions of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts. With your sharp eye for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, you'll build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer.
Collaboration is key, and as a Client Unit Sales Leader , you'll work closely with other sales team members, Customer Partners and the wider leadership to ensure a seamless growth in our business. Together, you'll execute every aspect flawlessly, from the initial prospecting stage to closing deals and beyond. You will be the driving force behind generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our Customer Partners, you'll join forces to pursue and conquer new deals, taking Kyndryl to unprecedented heights.

By staying ahead of the curve, you'll continuously provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market.

Required Skills And Experience
- 15+ years experience leading new business development across industries
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- 15+ years of experience managing new business development sales end-to-end
- Proven experience and track record with TCV, revenue, profitability, trends, and risks
- Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Sales experience in technical solutions
