We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing simulation team
About the role
As our new BDM you will be working with both existing customers and new potential customers. You will ensure our customers gets just the right simulation software and experience to fit their need and organization, enabling them to be more successful and innovative.
At PLM Group, your overall goal will be to guide and sell simulation software solutions to our customers, enabling them to develop new and better products faster. You will be a part of our Nordic Simulation team, where we enable and ensure customers to be successful in developing their products and services with the help of high end simulation software from our partner Dassault Systémes.
As a BDM you will have a varied everyday work life and tasks, including but not limited to;
· Land new sales opportunities
· Expand value adding services and simulation solutions to existing customers
· Maintain and develop high level of customer satisfaction
· Contribute to cross border cooperation and development of sales processes and best practice to team and PLM Group

You will be part of a Nordic simulation team of 25 colleagues working in sales and technical consulting and support, many which you will be working close with. You will be reporting to a group sales manager. You will mainly work with Danish customers, with some work travels throughout the year.
We are over 40 colleagues in PLM Group Denmark working in different departments and business areas, all of us with the mindset of providing our customers with the best solutions possible. We are a modern workplace and focus on work life- balance and offer the flexibility of remote work for all our employees when needed.
This position will be located in one of our danish office in Høje Taastrup
About you
We expect you to be passionate about value-added selling and keen on learning and exploring new technology and software.
You preferably have experience in selling software and/or value-added service. Experience in selling SaaS (Software as a service) is an advantage. You have a proved track record of successful sales project management
You need to speak Danish fluently and have good English skills, as the corporate language is English in PLM Group.
You have experience in outbound sales roles
You have experience in selling advanced simulation software
You are customer- oriented and have a good business understanding. As you will be leading your own sales projects and be the main customer contact, it´s important that you are structured and used to problem solving with the customer needs in focus.
You are a team player, sharing your ideas and help to develop the team and by doing so, contributing making PLM Group a great place to work.
