We are looking for a
Finance Student Assistant
who is eager to learn and contribute to our finance team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and takes ownership of their responsibilities, supporting our team with key financial processes. You will gain practical experience while helping ensure the smooth operation of our finance functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Book vendor invoices
    into the accounting system accurately and on time.
  • Record bank transactions
    and reconcile accounts.
  • Process employee expenses
    and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare and send customer sales invoices
    , ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle all debit card expenses
    , ensuring proper recording and reconciliation.
  • Ensure Group email
    is monitored and up to date, responding or forwarding requests as necessary.
  • Assist the finance team with
    ad hoc reporting
    and financial administrative tasks.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a university or college program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ideally familiar with accounting or ERP software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good organizational and time management skills; able to meet deadlines.
  • Located in Copenhagen area and willing to come to the office 1-2 times a week
