We are building a new, technology driven bank for SMEs. We are looking for a team member with an inner drive for Finance & Treasury and who works well in a fast paced environment.

What you will be doing

In this role, you will work at the heart of the bank's financial operations. The Finance & Treasury team handles everything from accounting, budgeting, and regulatory reporting to liquidity planning, capital management, and financial risk monitoring.

You may assist with monthly closing tasks, prepare financial reports, help monitor liquidity and capital ratios, support cash-flow planning, and contribute to analyses used by management and regulators.

This combination of Finance and Treasury tasks gives you a unique, holistic understanding of how a bank is run – from the balance sheet to the daily liquidity position.

The position is primarily on-site at our office, giving you close collaboration with the Finance & Treasury team. You will typically work 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility around exams and study commitments.

What we are looking for

We are looking for students studying a bachelor's or master's degree in finance with strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in how a bank operates behind the scenes. You ideally have:

• solid skills in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and/or other data-based tools.
• experience or interest in reporting, bookkeeping, financial analysis, or SQL.
• a structured way of working and strong attention to detail.
• the ability to learn quickly, take ownership of your tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• a proactive mindset and curiosity towards financial regulation, liquidity, and capital management.
  
  

If you are an ambitious team player, eager to develop real insight into the financial and treasury processes of a modern bank, this role is for you. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
