About the Job

As a Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer, you will be the driving force behind the stability, security, and scalability of our global IT environment. This is your opportunity to shape the backbone of a dynamic, international company and ensure our systems empower colleagues worldwide.

You will take ownership of our Microsoft-based platforms - Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Azure - ensuring they run smoothly and securely. Your work will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking, from designing user access and permissions to automating workflows that make IT processes smarter and more efficient.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and continuously improve our cloud and infrastructure landscape.
  • Develop scripts and automated workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
  • Set up and maintain security policies for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Design and manage user access and permissions across systems.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to other teams, helping them leverage IT systems effectively.
  • Handle advanced technical issues and suggest improvements to IT governance and licensing processes.

Your mission is to ensure our IT foundation is robust, secure, and ready to support the ambitions of a global company committed to renewable energy.

About You

You are an influential IT professional with a passion for technical excellence and strategic impact. You thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment and enjoy mentoring others and driving improvements across IT domains.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID and Intune.
  • Relevant technical education (e.g., Datatekniker med speciale i infrastruktur).
  • Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation and process improvement.
  • Deep understanding of IT security principles and cloud service governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience leading support quality improvements.
  • Proven ability to mentor and empower colleagues.
  • Fluency in English (company language).
