From technical expert to strategic advisor
As Senior IAM Specialist, you will drive the development of Kamstrup's overall identity governance framework and IAM strategy. This includes ensuring that our identity infrastructure effectively supports security, compliance, and usability across the organization. You will also be responsible for providing guidance on IAM-related projects to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

More specifically, you will be:

• Leading the development of IAM strategy, governance models, and compliance standards
• Defining and evolving identity architecture across AD, Entra ID, Azure, and third-party services
• Implementing identity lifecycle management and access models such as RBAC, ABAC, and Just-In-Time
• Driving automation initiatives using PowerShell, Ansible, and API integrations
• Applying Zero Trust principles, including MFA, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection

In this strategic and influential role, you will have the opportunity to work in an innovative and dynamic environment, where you will lead the future roadmap for identities in Kamstrup. You will act as the primary stakeholder for identity topics across IT, Security, HR, and business units — combining technical depth with strategic impact.

With direct reference to our Head of Core Infrastructure, you will enter a key role, as a part of our Core Infrastructure team consisting of highly dedicated and skilled specialists.Together we work to ensure that Kamstrups Core Infrastructure is both optimized, stable and continuously evolving to meet the needs of a global production company. We work across Datacenters, Virtual Servers, Networks and all the supporting systems, including Identity management. In our team we collaborate closely and support each other in achieving our common goals. We prioritize continuous learning and personal development within the team and will ensure that you have a clear path to grow your technical skills that will benefit both you and Kamstrup.

We are looking for a colleague who brings both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. Most importantly, you have a passion for technology and solid experience working with identities across platforms. Your desire to learn and grow will enable you to tackle new challenges and drive innovation and excellence within our team.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

• Have solid experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, and hybrid identity solutions
• Bring proven expertise in identity architecture and federation technologies such as ADFS, SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect
• Understand security and compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIS2
• Are skilled in automation and integration using tools like PowerShell, Graph API, or Ansible
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical experts and business stakeholders

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English.
