Lenus is looking for a "Global Enablement Lead - Acquisition & Retention" for our Copenhagen Office
Join the health revolution
At Lenus, we're not just building software - we're building a global movement. A platform and infrastructure that empowers health coaches, and health brands to change lives at scale. If you thrive where ambition meets pace, and where your work actually matters, you might be one of us.
The Role
We're looking for a
Global Enablement Lead - Acquisition & Retention
to elevate our Key Account Management team and set a new global standard for performance. You'll build the systems, training, and frameworks that help our teams onboard more coaches - and keep them longer. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, impact, and a front-row seat in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive global performance on coach acquisition & retention through quarterly market reviews with Regional Managers, Global Enablement, and our CEO.
- Own and evolve global playbooks, frameworks, and best practices.
- Train, onboard, and upskill Key Account Managers (KAMs) worldwide - raising mindset, capability, and execution.
- Turn data, hypotheses, and insights into clear commercial actions.
- Act as the global subject-matter expert on acquisition & retention across all markets.
Who you are
If you have high EQ, are deeply energized by our mission, and operate with a strong integrity compass, we'd love to talk. We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. You may not check every box below, but the ideal candidate brings:
- Experience in B2B or high-ticket B2C sales where execution drives results.
- A proven track record in both acquiring and retaining customers - including upselling and building long-term relationships.
- A natural ability to command a room and inspire confidence and performance.
- An analytical and structured approach, with the ability to turn insights into clear action.
- Energy for ambition, pace, ownership, and a culture that expects excellence.
- Experience training or coaching sales teams (a strong plus, but not required).
This is not for you, if you:
- Want a normal, predictable 9-5 job.
- Prefer to stay in your lane rather than invest in culture and the team around you.
- Don't enjoy high-pace, high-expectation environments.
- Are uncomfortable when priorities shift or intensity spikes.
- Prefer stability over growth and impact
If this energizes you instead of scaring you - you'll love it here - and we would love to talk
The Team
You'll join our Global Enablement team - a small, high-impact commercial SWAT team based in Copenhagen. We work closely with leadership and markets worldwide to raise performance and execute what works. We move fast, collaborate deeply, and set the bar high.
Benefits & Perks
- Regular development feedback cycles and mentoring to accelerate your growth
- Opportunity to be awarded equity and share in Lenus' long-term growth and success
- Pension (2% employer contribution) and insurance through AP Pension
- Sports and activities, like paddle tournaments, Football Club, Run & Dip, and much more
- Regular team gatherings and monthly social events, plus company-wide celebrations.
- Healthy daily snacks, drinks, and a high-energy workspace
- Dog friendly office
- A Macbook and other hardware to support you in your daily work
We'll be going through applications frequently, so if this sounds like a great opportunity for you, hit apply and our Talent Acquisition Team will go through it and be in touch with you
Please submit your application in English
