A leading Nordic retail and e-commerce group is seeking a
Service Delivery Manager – IT Operations
to oversee the performance, governance, and improvement of its IT infrastructure services across the region. You will act as the key interface between internal stakeholders and strategic IT partners, ensuring reliable operations, alignment with business needs, and continuous service excellence.

Role Overview

As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure service delivery across multiple countries. You will own vendor relationships, oversee SLAs and KPIs, coordinate key infrastructure initiatives, and drive service improvements in collaboration with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for external IT infrastructure partners (data center, network, firewall, and related services).
  • Ensure all infrastructure services meet agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
  • Coordinate infrastructure projects, upgrades, and optimization initiatives across the Nordics.
  • Monitor service performance, manage escalations, and ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Lead regular service review meetings and follow through on improvement plans.
  • Support compliance, license management, and partner governance activities.
  • Align IT service delivery with overall business objectives and IT strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT service delivery, infrastructure management, or operations leadership.
  • Strong background in vendor and partner management, including SLA and contract oversight.
  • Familiarity with data center operations, networking, and firewall technologies.
  • Experience managing IT services across multiple geographies or business units.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
