Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Shop Manager located in Copenhagen Municipality.

The Assistant Shop Manager will oversee daily operations, assist in managing staff, ensure high standards of customer service, and maintain overall organization within the shop.

Responsibilities include supporting inventory management, implementing operational procedures, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

The role requires collaboration with team members to meet sales targets and enhance operational efficiency within the shop.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Experience in Store Management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ability to cultivate a positive Customer Experience and maintain high service standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support seamless store functioning.
  • Leadership capabilities to assist the Shop Manager and motivate the team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is an advantage.
