At PIECES and Y.A.S, we're looking for a Senior HR (PEOPLE) Business Partner who's ready to shape our PEOPLE direction and drive initiatives that strengthen leadership, culture, and collaboration across our brands.

YOUR TEAM
As Senior PEOPLE Business Partner for PIECES and YAS, you will be an integral part of the management teams and a close sparring partner to the co-directors. You'll work closely with leaders as their go-to advisor on all PEOPLE topics, ensuring that our PEOPLE agenda drives business results. At the same time, you'll be an active member of BESTSELLER's Danish PEOPLE Business Partner group – a community where we share best practices and continuously develop our HR partnering capabilities.

YOUR ROLE
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic PEOPLE agenda across both PIECES and YAS, ensuring that PEOPLE initiatives and business priorities go hand in hand. Alongside your strategic focus, you will also take responsibility for driving and running the annual PEOPLE wheel – ensuring consistent and high-quality execution of key processes such as performance, development, and engagement. You combine a hands-on approach with a strong strategic mindset, ensuring both daily progress and long-term impact.

Your responsibilities include:

• Partnering strategically with the co-directors and management teams to align PEOPLE and business priorities.
• Driving key initiatives within leadership development, performance, and organisational growth.
• Advising and challenging leaders on complex PEOPLE topics and organisational decisions.
• Acting as a culture carrier, ensuring our values and ways of working are reflected across the brands.
• Leading the annual PEOPLE wheel, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of core processes such as performance, development, and engagement.
• Collaborating with colleagues across BESTSELLER PEOPLE to strengthen our shared partnering approach.

While you will work independently in this role, you will have strong sparring partners across the BESTSELLER PEOPLE organisation.

YOUR PROFILE
You are an experienced and confident PEOPLE professional who combines strong business understanding with deep HR expertise. You can navigate at executive level, act with impact and integrity, and are trusted for your sound judgement and perspective. In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a senior HR/PEOPLE Business Partner, preferably within a fast-paced or international organisation.
• A proven track record of advising, influencing, and challenging senior leaders and management teams.
• A strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable PEOPLE initiatives.
• Structured, proactive approach with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
