Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark LifeBonder Full time 45,000 - 75,000 per year

We're looking for a
vibrant, strategic, and people-driven Community Events & Experience Manager
to lead our talented team of go-getter Event Coordinators in Copenhagen.

This role isn't about event logistics or admin. It's about
designing and project managing meaningful brand-aligned experiences that matter
. You'll reimagine our event strategy to align with both
our mission AND the heartbeat of the city
, creating gatherings that Copenhagen truly wants and needs.

You'll lead from the front: guiding with positivity, energising with purpose, and turning creative vision into tangible, unforgettable in-person experiences that bring people together.

What You'll Do

  • Redesign our Events Plan to meet business goals AND audience needs, creating a calendar of experiences that foster real human connection and resonate with Copenhagen's culture.
  • Create Emotionally Resonant Experiences — focus on how attendees feel, connect, and remember the event (think meaningful takeaways)
  • Lead & Empower a talented team of energetic and inspired Event Coordinators, aligning their passion, creativity, and drive toward shared goals.
  • Translate Ideas into Action — move from brainstorming to flawless execution with clarity, confidence, and speed.
  • Build Connection through Purposeful Events — from intimate yet transformative personal development workshops to large-scale networking mixers and expert speaker events.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Community to amplify visibility, engagement, and brand alignment.
  • Be the Face of Our Mission in the city — fostering a sense of belonging and inspiring people to reconnect offline

Who You Are

  • A natural leader who brings both strategy and spark — balancing creative vision with executional excellence.
  • A solution-oriented doer who brings positivity, direction, and momentum to every challenge and turns "what if" into "done."
  • Emotionally intelligent, creative, and community-minded — you know how to make people feel seen and included.
  • Someone who understands that branding is an experience, not a decoration. You care more about the emotional impact of an event than the aesthetics of it.
  • Confident, fast-paced, and grounded — you bring energy, direction, and drive everywhere you go.
  • Experienced in project management or team leadership (formal or informal), with a love for creating emotionally impactful & transformational in-person event experiences that leave people changed for the better.
  • Deeply aligned with Lifebonder's mission to rebuild authentic offline communities.
  • Based in Copenhagen and attuned to its people, culture, and energy.
  • Flexible with some evening/weekend availability for events.
  • Native to near native English

What We Offer

  • A mission-driven, high-energy events team where creativity, courage, and collaboration thrive.
  • The chance to design and lead events that make a real and lasting social impact.
  • Hands-on leadership experience within a purpose-led Scandinavian tech startup.
  • Freedom to innovate, experiment, and bring your authentic style of leadership to the team.
  • Professional references and recommendations (based on performance) to support your next chapter when you're ready
