As our Machine Learning Engineer, you'll take ownership of production ML systems, ensuring they run reliably at scale. You'll enable seamless transition from model development to production and drive automation that makes our solutions robust and efficient.

Your tasks include:

• Designing and maintaining ML pipelines for scalability and reliability.
• Automating model training, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Collaborating with data scientists to integrate models into production. 
• Improving ML Ops infrastructure to reduce failures and enhance performance.
• Contributing to architectural decisions and implementing best practices.

Within your first year, you'll have improved and expanded our existing ML Ops setup, improving reliability of our ML pipelines and enabling data scientists to expand forecasting across more products and regions. You'll take ownership of production ML pipelines, contribute to architectural improvements, and deliver measurable gains in reliability, performance, and automation.

You understand software engineering principles and ML Ops practices, enjoy collaborating across disciplines, and continuously learn as technology evolves. If you don't tick every box, that's okay. What we're looking for:

• Experience designing and maintaining ML pipelines in production environments. Alternatively, you can be a skilled software engineer wanting to get into ML engineering, or a data scientist wishing to focus more on software engineering.
• Strong programming skills and familiarity with ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerisation tools.
• A collaborative approach and strong problem-solving mindset.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain and influence non-technical audiences.
