Welcome To Business Finance – Group FP&A & Performance Management

The Group FP&A team is a part of a global Business Finance Organization in Novonesis and works across Business and Functional Areas, mostly with a group perspective to drive profitable growth, which is core to our GROW strategy. The Group FP&A team play a central part in driving and continuously enhance Novonesis' performance management, turn data into insights and actions and ensure that key decisions are tabled for discussion to guide decisions.

In the Group FP&A team we are +10 highly skilled individuals with a good mix of experience and talent based in Denmark and India. We thrive in tackling complex tasks with our stakeholders in mind while securing a strong team dynamic with a collaborative spirit.

In this role you will primarily be working with

• Taking full ownership of key management reporting processes (monthly and quarterly) for the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and provide transparency to support decision-making on critical dilemmas and action items for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Lead the development and enhancement of segment reporting, driving greater clarity and increasing maturity of financial insights and supporting the link between strategy and value creation.
• Contribute to the automation agenda by identifying opportunities to leverage digital tools (e.g., AI, automation models) in collaboration with subject matter experts.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports to the Board of Directors.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses, including areas such as networking capital, cash flow, and ROIC.
• Support the integration of the financial steering model into core reporting processes.

You will thrive in this role if you bring some of the following:

• Ideally a master's degree or similar within Business, Finance, or Strategy.
• Significant experience (7+ years recommended) in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance Business Partnering or a similar role, with a strong financial skillset.
• A solid financial toolbox. Experience with financial planning and budgeting is considered a plus.
• Proven ability and experience with facilitating and driving processes including experience with indirect leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills as you will be working with all layers in the organization including communication to executive management and board of directors.

The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and regular exposure to senior leadership. You will actively challenge the status quo and seek opportunities to enhance outcomes where relevant, contributing to continuous improvement and excellence.
