Learning & Development Trainer

We are growing our L&D Team in our Owner Service department in Aarhus. Could you be our next Learning and Development Trainer supporting and developing our Owner Service agents across multiple European markets and in different languages? This is a truly international role, working with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds to deliver outstanding service training.

The position is pivotal to the onboarding journey of our new employees as well as supporting agents in their ongoing development within Owner Service.

The Role

You will be responsible for and will work closely and collaboratively with the rest of the team on the onboarding training and journey of all new hires into our Owner Service department. This includes delivering training across multiple markets and languages, ensuring consistent, high-quality owner experience across Europe.

Previous training experience is desirable, but most important is a strong desire to develop others in a service-focused environment. Your work will be key to developing a first-class service within our evolving center of excellence.

What you'll be doing

We are looking for a passionate and engaging person to take on the pivotal role of Owner Service Learning and Development Trainer. You will:

• Create, design, and develop training content to inspire learning and enhance performance.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure content remains accurate and relevant for all markets and languages served through our Aarhus hub.
• Evaluate training effectiveness to continuously improve design and delivery.
• Feedback operational opportunities to appropriate stakeholders.
• Track training delivery and results across markets.
• Support the roll-out of additional training initiatives and compliance changes.
• Stay up to date on industry's best practices to keep training engaging and effective.
