Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Deskside Support Technician located in Odense. The Deskside Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and working with information technology systems. Daily tasks include analyzing and resolving hardware and software problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure their technical needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in Information Technology systems
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency with Software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently on-site
  • Experience with desk-side support is a plus
  • Relevant certifications are an advantage
