Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in risk management, insurance, and business growth? Marsh Denmark is seeking a Head of Corporate to drive our Corporate segment, lead a high-performing team, and deliver innovative risk & insurance solutions.

About The Corporate Segment
Our Corporate segment serves mid-sized and upper mid-market companies—ambitious clients with complex needs that require tailored risk and insurance solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage the Corporate segment in Denmark, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
  • Own the Corporate Segment P&L, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Collaborate across MMC lines of business to identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior clients and support marketing initiatives.
  • Focus on talent development and building the future pipeline for the team.

What You Need To Have

  • Proven leadership experience in risk management, insurance, or related fields.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management.
  • Excellent client relationship and people management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
  • Relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications are a plus.
