Configit is an ambitious and a well-established SaaS company working in the domain of complex product and sales configuration. We help large international corporations optimize their processes and drive cross-functional innovation through our Configuration Lifecycle Management approach.

About The Job
As an Accountant at Configit, you will be part of Finance team consisting of 8 dedicated employees, including yourself. The team is managed by a Head of Finance, to whom you report directly. The Finance department is led by the Group CFO. In this position, you will take care of a wide range of tasks that require both collaboration and independent effort in your area of responsibility for the Danish and foreign entities (DK, DE, UK & US).

We are open to different working time models and can offer the position either full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week), depending on your availability.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Accounts Payable including invoice handling, expense management, bookkeeping, monthly accruals, bank-movements, vendors, loans, local VAT, and other related activities.
  • Invoice procurement approval workflow.
  • Monthly reconciliations.
  • Taking active part in month-end and year-end process.
  • Participating and preparing the annual audit material and reporting for multiple entities (Denmark, Germany, UK and US).
  • Primary responsible for the Finance mailbox.
  • Handling other inquiries from the business, vendors, customers etc.
  • Supporting the annual budget process.
  • Ad hoc tasks.

Your profile

  • Strong experience within ERP systems; we use D365FO, Palette.
  • Relevant education and minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position.
  • English is our corporate language, so fluency is a must.
  • Proactive and passionate about delivering high-quality work.
  • Service-minded team player with strong communication skills.
  • Natural interest in learning and automation, not afraid to challenge existing guidelines to create improvement.
  • Very good eye for detail.
