Coloplast, one of the world's leading med-tech companies, just launched a new 5-year strategy called Impact4. The strategy includes significant investments into two new transformational technology programs aimed at delivering next-level user experiences for chronic patients and driving up scalability within global manufacturing. 
We call this 'Impact through technology', and to deliver on the ambitious targets, we will be looking for 40+ new colleagues for our Digital, Data & IT organization over the next 18 months. Shape ERP architecture, drive impactful development, and ensure process excellence
As a Senior Architect, you will design and set the technical direction for ERP systems, ensuring alignment with current developments within the ERP field (with special focus on ERP Sales processes and related integrations). 

One of your responsibilities will be to help manage development requests in cooperation with the team. This includes supporting the team in challenging the business to ensure high-impact RFCs. You will also be a resource in screening and specifying RFCs for development, creating and executing test scripts, and ensuring thorough documentation.  

Collaborating cross-functionally, you will guarantee optimal ERP design and quality assurance, ensuring that we adhere to global IT processes and use designated tools and documentation. 

Other responsibilities include: 

• Overseeing the process from business requirement identification to solution delivery
• Participating in and actively contributing to ERP-related projects 
• Facilitating knowledge sharing with colleagues and offshore support teams
• Supporting case handling by managing recurring problem cases efficiently 
• Communicating proactively with stakeholders to foster business process improvements 

Analytical problem-solver with excellent communication skills 
You are highly capable of sharing your expertise and training others in the methods and procedures of your domain, which enables you to proactively guide colleagues and stakeholders in a motivating and engaging way. 

With both deep and broad knowledge, you can identify underlying issues and patterns in complex situations – and consequently break down business problems into practical solutions. You are also able to gather new knowledge and fill gaps in our understanding as well as challenge legacy solutions based on best practice and new technology. 

To do this, we imagine that you bring: 

• A master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field 
• Approximately 5 years of specialist-level work experience 
• Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 
• A good understanding of the standards of a regulated industry and familiarity with the IP landscape 
• Exemplary communication skills in English
