is a Danish-licensed Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) investing in Venture Capital across Fintech and Marketplaces through flagship funds operating in Europe, North America, and LATAM. About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious
Student Assistant
to join our Copenhagen office, supporting both the Finance and Legal & Compliance teams.

This role is ideal for a structured and solutions-oriented student with a primary interest in finance and investments, combined with a curiosity for legal and compliance work.

The position will be split between the two departments, offering hands-on exposure to financial operations, legal processes, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of our Copenhagen office.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with quarterly and year-end financial closing and reporting
  • Develop and optimize financial models
  • Conduct financial risk management analysis and reporting
  • Support the preparation of presentations for Partners, the Board of Directors, and Investors
  • Contribute to research and analysis of Nordic investment opportunities
  • Reconcile legal documents and shareholder registers quarterly
  • Draft and maintain internal policies and legal documentation
  • Support legal research and due diligence
  • Assist with KYC/AML compliance
  • Ad-hoc projects, presentations and reports across both Finance and Legal.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (final semester) or Master's program within Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Strong interest in both finance and legal/compliance topics
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and solid understanding of financial markets and instruments
  • High attention to detail and delivers high quality work
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, structured, and able to work independently
