Your role at the intersection of business and technology

As Lead for the frontend team, you will play a key role in shaping and realizing this vision. You will be responsible for vital customer-facing platforms, including website, self-service universe, e-commerce and App solutions.

Your team is a central link in the organization and will work in close collaboration with the product owners in the business, the creative UI/UX team and specialized backend team.

We work through product teams based on agile principles, and we are well on our way to implementing this (the principles are based on SAFe). We use the principles to create transparency, alignment and efficiency across teams.

What do you have to do

You are responsible for establishing and further developing central engagement layers - including designing and implementing a robust data integration, an effective activation layer and a scalable channel architecture.

Drive development and implementation of platforms. We currently use several different ones, including Umbraco and Optimizely, which we want to consolidate on Uniform. The consolidation must be done with a firm focus on accelerating time-to-market and delivering the highest quality code.

Stay up-to-date on trends and new technologies, including AI, and proactively translate them into value-creating initiatives that can strengthen the business and customer experience - e.g. via intelligent AI agents.

Who are you | your experience

You have a technical understanding and practical experience with martech and CMS platforms, complex integrations and modern data infrastructure, and experience with customer data platforms (CDP), campaign and engagement tools, as well as a deep understanding of architecture and data modeling. You have practical experience with agile methods and possibly knowledge of SAFE.

As a person, you are a good communicator and collaborator who naturally builds bridges between different professional fields and ensures a common direction. You have an interest in the development of AI and can see the possibilities of using it to strengthen personalization, automation and customer insight. And you can see yourself in a changing organization and can handle complex challenges with persistence.
