Are you ready to lead strategic partnerships and drive growth across Denmark? DS Smith is looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to shape the future of customer engagement and deliver long-term success in our Strategic and SME segments. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to strengthen relationships, optimize revenue, and build a culture of excellence.
In this role, you will design and implement national sales strategies that align with our corporate objectives, embedding DS Smith's proven methodologies into daily operations. You'll lead performance management through accurate forecasting and data-driven insights, collaborating closely with Finance and Supply Chain to ensure precise planning. Your focus will be on unlocking profitable growth—managing pipelines, leveraging CRM tools, elevate our ways of working, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. By applying structured account planning and rigorous analysis, you will ensure sustainable share growth and deliver commercial success.
As a leader, you will inspire and develop a high-performing team, translating strategic goals into clear, actionable plans. You'll coach, recruit, and empower talent to excel in complex sales environments, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your team consists of skilled Account Managers reporting directly to you, and a Customer Sales team with second line reporting. Beyond your team, you will play an active role in regional senior management, contributing to broader business development and championing DS Smith's values and leadership principles.

About You
You bring a strong commercial background and proven leadership experience. Ideally, you hold a university degree in business or a related field, combined with several years in sales management, business development, or large customer account leadership. You're confident working in a multinational, matrix organization and skilled at building relationships with senior stakeholders and customers.
Fluency in English and Danish is essential, and you're comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics with a data-driven mindset that helps you turn insights into action.
Above all, you're a strategic thinker with the ability to lead teams, manage complexity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

This is a permanent position with placement at one of our Danish offices, with occasional travels to other sites to be expected.
