If you are passionate about HR, you like challenges and teamwork, there is an opportunity for you as we are looking for a highly motivated HR internship full time for 6 months

Within the Nordic Organization and reporting to the Nordics Head of HR, we are looking for an HR intern to join the HR & Payroll department. You will be collaborating in many different topics such as induction, recruitment, training, internal communication and personnel administration. Operating in 4 countries: Denmark, Norway, Sweden & Finland.

This internship will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
- Job responsibilities

Talent Aquisition & Onboarding

  • Conduct full cycle interns' recruitment activities by collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Posting Positions, screening talent, HR interviews
  • Coordinate the intern onboarding process

Intern Support & Development

  • Act as a main interlocutor for interns, addressing their questions and concerns
  • Conduct follow up for interns: Day 1, Month 1, mid internship and & end of internship
  • Gather feedback from interns regarding their experiences
  • Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the intern community

HR Projects

  • Internal Communication and support on company internal events and CSR Projects (Disability, Womer leadership and empowerment, International Community, International Community & LGBTQIA+)
  • Provide Support to the creation of the new employee's handbooks
  • Learning & Development - Ensure that compulsory modules in Dior Learning are completed and send regular reminders to ensure that Nordics is best in class + follow up on trainings

HR Admin

  • Create, update and archive employees' files and data (Sucess Factor & Asset Panda), HR documents and HR policies
  • Update on a monthly basis the organization charts for PCD Nordics
  • Office management coordination

  • Profile

  • Bachelor or Master Student (Major HR or Business Administration)

  • Fluent in English (Danish will be a plus)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Structured and Organized, Eye for the detail.
  • Analytical skills and strong communication skills

  • Additional information

  • 6 months Internship, full time

  • Internship agreement required - Internship must be part of educational program for school credits.
