Membership Marketing Specialist

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Membership Marketing Specialist to be a key player in our Membership & Personalisation team within LEGO Market & Channels Central Marketing.
Please note: No relocation assistance is offered for this position. The level of the role within the LEGO Group is Professional.
Core responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing delivery of a cohesive LEGO Insiders visual identity, content and communication framework, in partnership with OLA (Our LEGO Agency) and other stakeholders, to support our membership growth goals and objectives.
- Develop and deliver a toolkit to support and enable our partners (incl. LEGO Branded Retail, LEGO Certified Stores & 3rd Party Retailers) to effectively communicate and promote LEGO Insiders, driving visibility and awareness across channels and touchpoints.
- Own and manage projects that drive the consistency and elevation of effective communication of LEGO Insiders membership in support of reaching more engaged members with purchase.
- Support the activation of the LEGO Insiders membership content strategy and calendar in close partnership with other functions.
- Support key M&P and OLA stakeholders on the implementation of LEGO Insiders marketing assets to deliver high impactful content in support of membership growth goals and targets.
- Partner with key stakeholder teams to facilitate the delivery of marketing & content plans and activities, to drive cohesive implementation of the LEGO Insiders visual identity and commercial impact of content and messaging.
- Maintain our LEGO Insiders membership marketing & brand budget, owning the creation of SoWs and invoices

The Membership Marketing Specialist has a key role in helping deliver the transformation of our LEGO Membership through best-in-class campaign strategies and offerings across LEGO branded and non-branded channels.
You will report directly to the Director, Membership Campaigns & Marketing
Do you have what it takes:
- Experience with managing and driving cross-functional loyalty or membership content development and execution processes
- Experience with navigating and building support among diverse group of stakeholders in global company, incl. experience with how to work with product and tech teams
- Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities
- Excels at communicating with senior stakeholders (written & oral); able to convey simple recommendations based on solid foundation
- Experience working in a global multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B)
As a person you are positive and solution-oriented; you are a true team player, whilst also able to work independently, and setting clear direction; you have an inherent drive and excels at stakeholder management and influencing stakeholders
