Take ownership of a key technology transfer and grow into the product owner role for one of our main freeze-drying solutions. Are you ready to lead a highly complex technology transfer while building the foundation to become product owner for a core product in our freeze-drying portfolio? Your responsibilities and tasks:

You will join the CoC Freeze Drying & Extraction Technologies in Søborg – a highly skilled team of 8 product owners and senior specialists. We collaborate across functions and geographies to ensure our products are robust, manufacturable and always aligned with customer needs.

As Project Manager for the technology transfer of one of our key products, you will take ownership of an end-to-end transfer process with multiple technical and organizational interdependencies. You will work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, QC and Manufacturing to secure quality, timelines and budgets.

This tech-transfer project offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with every major component and subsystem of a full freeze-dryer. By working through the complete transfer – from design understanding to supplier qualification, manufacturing readiness and validation – you will build the deep technical insight and cross-functional network that forms a strong foundation for stepping into the Product Owner role in the future.

More specifically, you will:

• Manage the technology transfer process end-to-end with full project ownership
• Coordinate across internal functions and external partners to ensure alignment
• Drive supplier qualification, process validation and related documentation
• Build deep technical insight into product design, process flows and manufacturing setup
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, product regulations and cost targets

Your profile and qualifications:

On a personal level, you navigate technical challenges with confidence, supported by a structured mindset and the ability to maintain a clear overview. You understand manufacturing processes and bring an analytical approach to risk management, documentation and stakeholder collaboration.

Because a key part of the role is to work in a close partnership with the current team/Product Owner, you thrive in a learning-oriented environment. You are motivated by gradually building deep product insight, asking the right questions, and stepping into increased responsibility as your knowledge develops. In short, you are comfortable "learning the craft" through daily sparring and collaborative decision-making.

Finally, we imagine that you:

• Have solid project management experience within manufacturing or tech transfer
• Are familiar with working with suppliers, quality and engineering teams
• Understand validation, compliance, cost control and technical documentation
• Know how to use PDM/ERP systems and 2D/3D engineering tools
• Hold at least a BSc in engineering or an equivalent technical background
• Are fluent in English
