Sales Specialist - Unified Communication

Are you eager to join a dynamic Business Management team specializing in Contact Center, Cloud PBX and Voice services? We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Specialist to make a real impact within our organization.

About the role

As our new Sales Specialist, you will report directly to the Head of Business Management. At GlobalConnect, you'll be part of a vibrant and collaborative environment in our open, modern office in Copenhagen.

Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to understand and analyze customer needs, providing optimal Contact Center, Cloud PBX or Voice solutions.
  • Manage customer interactions, conduct sales presentations, prepare quotations, demonstrate our services and respond to tender requests.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our service and product portfolio to present the best possible solutions to customers.
  • Drive sales opportunities to closure in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.

About you

You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and meet the following criteria:

  • Native-level Danish and fluent English; additional Nordic languages are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in Contact Center, Cloud PBX and/or Voice sales.
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud Contact Center and/or Luware Nimbus for Microsoft Teams.
  • Background in presales and sales activities.

We imagine you have 5+ years of experience of Contact center, Cloud PBX or Voice Sales. You are self-motivated, results-driven and able to inspire others. You take ownership, execute efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We value team players with a proactive mindset who embrace challenges and aim to make a measurable difference.
