In our optimized CIP Platform, CIP Molecule Technologies – a project delivery company delivering Power-to-X (PtX), carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) assets – is currently looking for an Office Assistant
to join our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Team
Our Copenhagen office currently has around 50 employees, and we will be moving into a brand-new building in early summer 2026. This is a great opportunity to join an international collaborative team and contribute to a smooth transition into our new workspace.

Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to support our Senior Management team 4-5 days a week with a variety of administrative tasks, including coordinating travel arrangements and managing travel expense reports. The contract is 1 year with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:

• Upkeeping and maintenance of the common areas, such as the meeting rooms and kitchen
• Administrative tasks such as printing, scanning and binding of material and presentations
• Maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Supporting employee travel booking and settling travel expenses
• Assisting in organising events
• Booking meetings and catering
• Assisting in setting up new office
• Assisting Office Manager, Personal Assistant, HR and Senior Management Team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks

You
We are looking for a junior profile, f.x. recently graduated from high school, taking a year or two off before continuing your education. If you have just finished Gymnasium and are in your gap year, that could be a great opportunity to get invaluable work experience in a renowned firm.

• Solid knowledge of MS office.
• Capability to manage time efficiently and handle several responsibilities concurrently
• Resilient, service minded, with positive "getting-things-done" attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally.
• Thrives with various office assignments
• Fluent in English and Danish
