Head of Programs

Your role

You will be responsible for the successful execution of projects. As a member of the senior management team, you will address all levels ranging from strategic outlook through a tactical perspective all the way to strong operative decisions.

Your tasks

• Ownership of all customer projects and for delivering results according to plans and processes

• Deliver excellent project execution in a multi-project environment

• Relationship management and leadership of a diverse group of professionals including managers and project managers

Your profile

We are looking for a person with well-documented program- and project management skills and experience of handling large and complex projects. A key success factor will be your ability to empower employees in order to create commitment and energy within the organization.

Further, the successful candidate has a broad profile with at least the following attributes:

• Well-documented leadership experience, including leading project managers or managers

• Experience from projects delivering integrated software/hardware solutions

• Experience with customer projects

• Attention on project governance and customer demand management

• Hands-on experience from complex project management

• Financial focus and skills – know your numbers

• Strong social skills, team player willing to walk the extra mile and who makes the team shine

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails, that candidates as a minimum have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
