Lead software developers for secure communication

We offer an exciting position in a dynamic team, where you will have a leading role and work closely with our software developers in Brøndby and Aalborg to build a high-capacity, high-availability system for secure VoIP communication.

Your tasks

You will lead the transition from a traditional server-based software solution to a scalable, distributed architecture deployed in a high-availability environment.

The tasks include:

• Software design and architecture for redundant microservices deployed in a high-availability Kubernetes environment.
• Design and implementation of observability pipeline.
• Collaborate with our customers to facilitate in-house deployment environments.
• Close collaboration with mobile client developers and test engineers to ensure integrated functionality.
• Work with customer operations and participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
• Continuous improvement of development tools and processes.

Your profile

Probably, you have a master's degree in computer science or similar. You are strong in software architecture and design with a sense for detail and quality. We expect that you have knowledge and experience with one or more of the following:

• Experience with backend architecture and design.
• Microservice development in Python.
• Development and operation of Kubernetes-based systems.
• Integration of RabbitMQ and gRPC for inter-service communication.
• Observability and tracing with OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with development tools and processes such as CI/CD, GIT or Jenkins.
• MySQL as the primary database technology.

We will provide you with the required competencies and knowledge of the Dencrypt Communication Solution.

You are strong in systematic problem solving and can work independently with a sense for detail and quality. You have a proven experience in software architecture- and development and have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

It is a requirement that you receive a security clearance from the Danish Defense Intelligence Service.
