Core Responsibilities

  • Agile Participation and Administrative Support: Attend agile ceremonies (like daily stand-ups and sprint planning) to learn about the development process and provide general administrative support to the product management team.
  • Documentation and Backlog Support: Assist in maintaining product documentation, including user stories and meeting notes, while helping to prioritize and manage the product backlog based on team input.
  • Product Support and user guides: Support internal and external users with access and issue resolution.
  • Research and Data Analysis: Assist in conducting user research, analyze product performance metrics (OKRs), and gather user feedback to inform product development and identify trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various product teams (engineering, design, sales colleagues) to facilitate communication and support project tasks.

The Global Commercial Development (GCD) department is essential to our B2B Market Groups and the D2C LEGO Retail business unit. Our primary objective is to optimize commercial momentum, support group-wide strategies, and enhance commercial insights and capabilities for brand activation and go to market. With our headquarters in Denmark and four regional hubs worldwide, we are advancing our digital agenda to create a seamless customer experience and strengthen the protection and promotion of the LEGO brand both online and in stores.

The role of the student worker is integral to the success of our Product Management team and the broader organization. You will assist in supporting the product vision and strategy for sales operations, B2B e-commerce, and sales performance analytics, contributing to the success across our product teams. By engaging with stakeholders and collaborating closely with the product team, you will conduct user and customer research, analyze performance metrics, and participate in user testing. Your contributions will enhance documentation, support backlog management, and facilitate cross-functional communication, enabling us to identify new opportunities, improve efficiencies, and ensure data-driven insights effectively guide our priorities.

Do you have what it takes?

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar).

'MUST HAVE" Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

  • Interest in Product Management: A strong interest in product management, digital products, and technology.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn how to interpret data and metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
  • Adaptability: Openness to feedback and a desire to learn and grow within the role.

"NICE TO HAVE" Candidate Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with essential tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and a willingness to learn new software and tools relevant to product management (e.g., Jira, Viva Goals).
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, facilitating the effective management of multiple tasks and projects.
  • Supportive Approach: A collaborative style that fosters personal and professional development, encouraging achievement across teams.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive problem solver who can contribute valuable insights to the team and support the development of effective solutions.
