As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Senior IT Risk Analyst to help the organisation identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks so that we can ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability, as well as compliance with regulations.

The role and the team

As our new Senior IT Risk Analyst, you will be part of the Risk Management function in the 2nd line of defence, reporting to our CRO, Joakim Skaarup Hansen. The team is currently based in Copenhagen (CPH), but candidates based in Aarhus (Århus) will also be relevant since several significant stakeholders are located there. 

The function covers all risk types relevant to the company from a 2nd line perspective, and your role will be to drive the approach to managing IT-related risks and processes, but also to set it into the broader context of managing risks in a bank, together with your colleagues.

What will you do?

Develop and continuously improve IT risk management frameworks.

Analyze trends and data to predict and proactively manage risk outcomes.

Support the organisation in implementing strategic mitigation plans to address identified vulnerabilities.

Identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks to IT systems and processes.

Foster a strong risk management culture across the organization.

Strong analytical skills to effectively identify and assess risks.

Proven strategic thinking to develop effective mitigation plans.

Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex data and insights.

Experience in developing risk management frameworks.

Ability to present complex data and insights to stakeholders and senior management.

Experience with technology-related risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.

Experience with DORA is a requirement, and if you have previously worked with, for example, auditing IT controls, ISO 27000, or similar, it will be a clear advantage.
