The Role – Operational Now, Strategic Soon

As our Commercial Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and leading our sales efforts. Initially, you'll be hands-on in the sales process – from lead generation to closing. Over time, you'll set the direction, drive the sales strategy, and 
build a high-performing sales team
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies within defined segments
  • Own sales budgets and KPIs (planning, forecasting, and follow-up)
  • Build new customer relationships and grow existing accounts
  • Drive the full sales process: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing
  • Manage relationships at executive and decision-maker levels
  • Gradually evolve the leadership role with the opportunity to 
    build and lead a sales team

About You

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in an operational B2B sales role, ideally with leadership experience, and 
    a track record of success
  • Solid experience selling 
    AI, software, or SaaS solutions
  • Driven by achieving results and motivated by building relationships, developing leads, and closing deals
  • Thrive at the intersection of 
    technology, sales, and business
  • Ready to evolve from hands-on sales to a more strategic and managerial focus
  • Strong network within industries such as manufacturing, auditing, or construction – or other relevant sectors
  • Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English
