Commercial Sales Manager

The Role – Operational Now, Strategic Soon
As our Commercial Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and leading our sales efforts. Initially, you'll be hands-on in the sales process – from lead generation to closing. Over time, you'll set the direction, drive the sales strategy, andÂ
build a high-performing sales team
.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies within defined segments
- Own sales budgets and KPIs (planning, forecasting, and follow-up)
- Build new customer relationships and grow existing accounts
- Drive the full sales process: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Manage relationships at executive and decision-maker levels
- Gradually evolve the leadership role with the opportunity toÂ
build and lead a sales team
About You
- 5 - 8 years of experience in an operational B2B sales role, ideally with leadership experience, andÂ
a track record of success - Solid experience sellingÂ
AI, software, or SaaS solutions - Driven by achieving results and motivated by building relationships, developing leads, and closing deals
- Thrive at the intersection ofÂ
technology, sales, and business - Ready to evolve from hands-on sales to a more strategic and managerial focus
- Strong network within industries such as manufacturing, auditing, or construction – or other relevant sectors
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English
