The Role & Your Responsibilities

We're seeking a Brand Manager to drive the growth and positioning of one of our strongest brands — Rebiome. You'll work closely with both the marketing and sales teams and help shape brand strategies in Denmark and across Northern Europe.

You'll be responsible for both B2B and B2C activities — from strategic development and campaign planning to content creation, social media, sales enablement, and collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders across European markets. Previous experience in Trade Marketing for luxury goods and a strong understanding and passion for skincare are essential.

Rebiome is a multifunctional, skin-balancing range of 11 products with advanced pre- and probiotic complexes. Thanks to their multifunctionality, the products are suitable for all skin types and a wide variety of skin conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and campaigns
  • Build strong customer relationships and KOL networks
  • Produce content for social media, e-commerce, and newsletters
  • Plan and host events and webinars
  • Forecast and analyze brand performance
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial team and report regularly to management

About You

We imagine you:

  • Have solid experience in marketing and brand management — preferably within skincare
  • Hold a master's degree in marketing, communications, or similar
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Have experience from small to medium-sized companies
  • Are self-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Are strong in both execution and strategy — with a flair for content and performance
  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
  • Enjoy working in an international environment with freedom and responsibility
