The available open position is for IP Operations Specialist

• Role Purpose:

As an IP Operations Specialist Engineer with a focus on Operations in Infrastructure, you will be engaged in the proactive identification and resolution of incidents in the network for one of the biggest telecommunications operators. You will be part of a diverse team that speaks English and is multicultural. Together, we have a broad skill set, and we work both collaboratively and independently

Mandatory skills description:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with distributed networks, preferably within an ISP or system integrator environment.
• Working experience with Cisco ASA/Cisco FirePower (clustering, IPSec configuration, context, ACL, NAT).
• Working experience with Cisco ASR/ISR.
• General knowledge about Internet and ISPs interconnection.
• Knowledge of OSI model and TCP/IP.

Job Description :

• Troubleshooting network problems and recommending corrective procedures. Work with vendors such as Cisco/Juniper to arrange RMA replacements and implement the RMA as required.
• Maintaining network services documentation and completing network change requests.
• Take part in an on-call rotation to provide 24x7 cover.
• Network Management and Troubleshooting:
• Provide L1/L2 support and troubleshoot issues on Cisco Nexus/ACI and Junos platforms.
• Perform captures on devices (F5, Fortinet or Palo Alto) and interpret TCP/IP using Wireshark.

• You have experience with troubleshooting and installations
• Firewall experiences
• CCNA certificate is an advantage
• Experience of DDOS and Arbor is an advantage
• Operations are working very close to development and planning teams
