Dreaming of being a part of a hotel-opening in the heart of Copenhagen?

Locke Copenhagen is scheduled to open in early March 2026 and will be a key part of Copenhagen's vibrant new district – Postbyen. Postbyen is a modern urban area in the heart of Copenhagen, located between the Central Station and Kalvebod Brygge. Locke Copenhagen will offer 234 stylish rooms spread across two iconic round towers, with rooms located up to 70 meters high, along with a signature restaurant, a buzzing cocktail bar, and a rooftop bar with stunning 360-degree views of the city and waterfront.

We're looking for full- and part-time Bartenders to join our team

The role

Are you someone who loves creating great vibes? The type who mixes drinks with confidence, chats with guests like it's second nature, and keeps the bar running smoothly even on the busiest nights.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be a key player in bringing the Locke atmosphere to life. From crafting beautiful cocktails to offering warm, intuitive service, you'll help set the tone for what guests can expect at Locke Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience

Create memorable, "you've-got-to-try-this-place" moments that make guests want to return – and bring their friends.

• Bartending & Beverage Service

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and specialty drinks with confidence, creativity and high attention to detail.

• Coffee & Daytime Service

Make high-quality barista coffee for guests in our coffee shop and maintain excellent service throughout the day.

• Restaurant Support

Collaborate with the restaurant team to take orders, run dishes, and support smooth service during peak times.

• Reservations & Enquiries

Handle guest enquiries and reservations via email, phone and in person with a positive, solution-focused approach.

• Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with Reception, Kitchen and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Feedback & Issue Resolution
• Take guest feedback seriously, handle challenges calmly and help find solutions that leave guests feeling heard and cared for.

You'll succeed in the above with:

• Experience as a bartender (a plus, but not a requirement)
• Being yourself – we want you to bring your personality to work
• Flexibility – this includes flexibility in working days (including weekends and bank holidays) and working hours
• Being proactive, confident, responsible and reliable
• Intuitive customer service
