About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the next chapter of Seranote's evolution. 

Seranote is our AI scribe that captures, structures and documents patient encounters with exceptional speed and accuracy.

You will shape product strategy, drive execution and ensure Seranote becomes an indispensable tool for clinicians across markets. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership, working closely with engineering, design, clinical experts and the leadership team to turn vision into reality.

What You'll Do

• Drive the product vision for Seranote and establish a clear path from today's reality to our long-term ambition.
• Translate this vision into an actionable roadmap, working closely with design and engineering to guide prioritization, decision-making and delivery.
• Champion the user's perspective, analyzing data and clinician feedback to uncover insights and identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.
• Balance user needs, business goals and technical requirements to ensure we're solving the right problems in the right way at the right time.
• Establish effective workflows and processes that enable smooth collaboration across product, design, engineering and clinical teams.
• Communicate and advocate for ideas with clarity and confidence, managing stakeholders and representing both Seranote and Melatech internally and externally.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in product management within high-performing product teams, ideally with exposure to fast-growing or scaling environments.
• Proven ability to lead product development end to end, from shaping strategy and defining problems to driving execution and iteration.
• Solid technical understanding and the confidence to collaborate effectively with engineers on complex systems and architectural decisions.
• Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to create alignment across engineering, design, clinical teams and leadership.
• Comfort interpreting data, user behaviour and clinical insights to inform product decisions.
• Familiarity with modern product and design tools such as Figma and Linear, as well as contemporary development practices.

• Familiarity with the healthcare industry or AI field is a bonus
