As a student working at Plesner, workdays will be characterised by high professional expertise and close collaboration. You will have the opportunity to work on legal issues, assist with complex cases, and witness how law is transformed into value-creating advice for clients.

We will tailor assignments to your experience and development, and you will always have an experienced colleague by your side to help and guide you.

You will, among other things:

• assist with legal research, analyses, and memorandums

• assist with the preparation of hearings and client meetings

• prepare and review legal documents and contracts

• participate in project work and internal meetings

• gain insight into how we work with transactions, conflict resolution, and corporate legal advice.

Who are you?
We are always looking for committed and talented law students and commercial law students with strong analytical skills, good interpersonal abilities, and a desire to grow in a professionally robust and ambitious organisation.

At our firm, it is not only about your grades, but also about your eagerness to learn and take on responsibility while growing and developing. You are an effective communicator and collaborator, and you are proactive and capable of working on your own.

We hire law students from the universities in both Copenhagen, Odense, Aarhus, and Aalborg. If you live in Aarhus and Aalborg, we have a well-functioning commuter arrangement where you can work from our offices in Copenhagen once a week.

Flexibility and professional growth

At Plesner, you will gain  hands-on experience in a dynamic environment characterised by collaboration, feedback, and professional growth.

Your education and training are important – also to us. We offer flexibility regarding your lectures and your exams, and you will have four months of paid leave to write your master's thesis. You can write your thesis at Plesner's offices and receive professional guidance throughout the process.

We have a strong student community, and you will have the opportunity to expand your network through our regular social activities. One such event is the annual StudentCamp, where over 100 students come together.

As a student, you will work 16 hours per week across two days. If you study at Aalborg or Aarhus University, you will work 8 hours once a week, on an equal footing with the other students. Your work assignments will be aligned with the hours you spend here.
