Join Macure Pharma's international QA team and play a key role in maintaining the high-quality standards behind our growing portfolio of niche/specialty pharmaceuticals across Europe.

We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our QA team at our
Copenhagen HQ
, working closely with great colleagues in Malta and the UK. You will be part of an international and dynamic environment where quality, collaboration, and responsibility go hand in hand.

The Role

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for a broad range of
Quality and Pharmacovigilance (PV)
activities, supporting our operations as
Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH)
and
pharmaceutical distributor
.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain our
    Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Manage QA procedures such as
    Deviations, CAPAs, and Complaints
  • Participate in
    auditing activities
  • Develop and maintain
    oversight of PV activities
  • Coordinate
    PV activities
    with relevant stakeholders both as MAH and distributor
  • Lead
    improvement projects
    within both QA and PV
  • Manage
    Macure Medical Information

You will report to our
Head of QA and PV
, based in Copenhagen.

Your Profile

We are looking for a proactive, structured, and quality-minded team player who enjoys working across functions and borders.

  • Relevant
    education in Life Sciences
    (e.g. Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology)
  • Experience with
    Quality Assurance
    in the
    pharmaceutical industry
  • Understanding of
    GDP
    (experience with GMP and PV is an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Ability to drive improvement projects and handle multiple priorities
  • A positive and collaborative mindset
  • Fluency in
    English
    and at least 1 Scandinavian language is required
