OT TEST MANAGERWe're looking for an experienced OT Test Manager to assess, optimize, and strengthen OT DTAP (Development, Test, Acceptance, Production) environments across a dynamic digital engineering setup in the renewable energy sector.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional experts to identify gaps, define best practices, and drive improvements that enhance efficiency, automation, and compliance within critical infrastructure systems.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY- Assess and document current OT DTAP environments and related processes.
- Gap analysis and improvement strategy for OT DTAP environments.
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements aligned with best-practice, automated setups.
- Evaluate third-party OT products to ensure DTAP requirements are well-defined and suppliers meet compliance standards.
- Review configuration management, deployment testing, and change control processes.
- Develop a clear roadmap and implementation plan for prioritized improvements.
- (Optional) Support teams in executing and documenting key improvement actions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years' experience in OT environments, DevSecOps, or Test Management.
- Strong understanding of automated testing, configuration management, and critical infrastructure requirements.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills with a structured, analytical mindset.
