In this role, you will be a key player in keeping our compensation processes running seamlessly across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the People team, Finance and leaders across Mind Energy to improve processes and deliver a great employee experience.

You will be based in Aarhus or Copenhagen and support our offices in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany. We're a dedicated People team of seven who work to strengthen processes, culture and structures and ensure that Mind Energy is an attractive workplace.
Your mission is to:
- Manage the operational payroll process in the Nordic countries outside Denmark, including variable components such as overtime and bonus schemes. You will work closely with our Senior Payroll Specialist who handles Danish payroll
- Ensure accurate payroll input to our current or future outsourcing partner and be responsible for controls and payroll reconciliations, shift schedule etc.
- Drive optimization and automation within payroll processes and systems
- Prepare for new legislation within People Operations, with the first focus on the EU Gender Pay Directive. Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations and internal policies
- Implement new gross salary schemes across all countries
- Support the annual salary review and performance bonus processes, including data preparation, reporting and communication
- Monitor and analyse trends in compensation and benefits and bring forward recommendations
- Maintain People systems and ensure data accuracy within compensation and benefits
- Contribute to improving and updating bonus models
- Maintain and update People data in our systems and ensure accuracy and compliance in reporting
We currently work in systems like Visma/Intega and Talentech.
ABOUT YOU, OUR NEWEST TEAM MEMBER
We imagine that you have more than five years of relevant experience and an educational background within office or People administration.
Ideally, you also have:
- Experience in People operations, payroll or similar People administrative roles
- Experience with international compensation
- Strong analytical skills and good system understanding
- Solid attention to detail and a structured approach to your work
- The ability to work independently while closely collaborating with colleagues
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English
- Curiosity and drive to improve processes and ways of working
